They fall for it, because they don't look into who they're dealing with and simply go with the first "deal" they can get, and end up getting scammed.

It's easy, if you was to use OP as a currency exchange, you could just click "PM" directly from his currency exchange thread, rather then waiting for the other user to PM you. (if he's trying to scam members). 😏
