See, the difference is, the "gaming" mouse is going to snap into pieces after a couple of days, unlike a piece of cloth or whatever material a mouse pad like this is made out of. Plus, from the looks of OP's image, seems like you can get your own custom image printed on it.

I have been usingit for more than 2 months now and it does not have ANY problems.
