Have access to iCloud, how to read messages without iCloud Backup? - Br0ckout1 - Aug 4, 2016 So I have access to a persons iCloud account, how would I go about reading the contents of their messages from their iPhone? I know the normal way would be to download the iCloud backup and go from there but the person doesn't have it switched on nor have any previous backups. I've tried social engineering to get them to enable it but haven't had any success (If you have any tips on this, I'm open ears) I tried adding account to another apple device but it would only let me receive messages if the person were to receive the iMessage to their email and not their phone number. I don't have physical access to the device. Any help would be highly appreciated :) * - xfreedom - Aug 5, 2016 You can't, the only way is to browse the datas in the backup. So if you're sure there's no backup, then there's nothing to see for you. RE: Have access to iCloud, how to read messages without iCloud Backup? - Jimjonesmix - Sep 23, 2024 Sign off their account. Sign in to yours. When you sign out of yours request back up the sign back into theirs. The back up will load on yours Also if you open the iCloud on an Apple laptop or desktop you can view messages still there. Just not on a pad or windows RE: Have access to iCloud, how to read messages without iCloud Backup? - XtremeDiscount - Oct 27, 2024 You can use imazing to browse a backup but it only works if the backup file is a local file on your computer. The question is if you can download the backup from iCloud. Not sure if that’s possible |
