I would be very cautious to buyers AND sellers. If you are a seller, I highly suggest you update your ToS and say that ban waves MAY occur on accounts due to scam reports that may occur. And to sellers, be wary of the news.

Regardless, you should update your ToS as a seller so buyers are aware and any scam report that is opened is invalid due to your ToS

My accounts are not botted and are level one. I should be fine. Depends on if they go after mass account creation though.
