Update: Probably misunderstanding.
a few errors while looking at trust scans. Not all accounts have this problem.

Unless I'm mistaken,
Password Reset = Forgot my Password (receiving a temp password), and changing it through there.
Password Change = Changing your password via userCP.

In that case, "password change" should probably include password resets to avoid confusion. I mean, your password has to change when reset, right?

Yeah but I'd argue that the difference exists to point out whether the password was simply changed after a reset, or whether it changed via usercp. Pass change via usercp= no access to email vs pass reset = access to email (for hacked HF accs, to determine whether the hacker has email access as well.
