I need a theme which lets me display products in categories/sub - categories much like an ecommerce website but without the wishlist/cart/payout etc features. I tried using accesspress with woocommerce but I don't know how to remove the wishlist/cart/payout etc features. Any ideas for plugins also work.

Woocommerce let you use your site as "catalogue". As mentioned, on themeforest there's a lot of themes you can buy and those themes let you disable that functions on the theme.

Seriously I'd stick with the wishlist features.
You'll find that you wil have stacks of cart abandonment without those features.
Most shop sites have cart abandonment north of 35% so it's worth having a reminder function.
