Quick Malware Detector and Remover - JoshuTee - Aug 14, 2016

Hey 😁
This is my first creation ever to be uploaded to this website. Basically, what it does, is check in the most commonly infected folders for suspicious files that shouldn't be there, and offers to either delete them or to move them to quarantine! It also offers a quick removal of temp files and can install itself permanently to the system!

Features:
  1. Remove found files

  2. Move found files to quarantine

  3. Restore & delete files from quarantine

  4. Extra: Quick temp files remover

Please let me know if you find any bugs! (PM me)

Because the files are too large to be posted here, I put them on pastebin 😝
That's that, I'm going to be updating this regularly, and please comment any suggestions, thanks! 🙂

v0.1.1 - pastebin.com/HNCV1rgN
As this is an early version (written in about two days), it's still a bit user-unfriendly and lacks a few useful features.

v0.2.0 - pastebin.com/FnP9EWuJ
All those ugly error outputs are now redirected to >NUL, a few bugfixes, outline boxes enlarged

You know, if you're going to multi, you shouldn't include your original handle in your code 😕

Edit: Line #8 needs quotes:
Code
REM [Path Updated]
set "startup=%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup"

I'm sorry, what does "to multi" mean? I've never heard that term.

Are you sure it needs quotes? It works fine for me without them.

You're not allowed to posses multiple HF accounts. It's against the rules.

I would much rather have this put into Pastebin as then I could inspect it myself before copying it to my computer. Just another way to avoid unwanted crap being placed on it. I'm sure you understand. If not, well, at least take a note on this.

Sure. Thanks for the suggestions guys, I'll have everything updated in a few hours.

Hey man
I'm waiting for your update
Plz post your code on pastebin.com
Thank you

* - JoshuTee - Aug 14, 2016

Hi, I've uploaded it to Pastebin now, but because I'm on my netbook now I can't do any big edits. I'll have it properly updated in the evening :)

Hi, did it work? Was the GUI glitched?
