HyperX Cloud 2 Issue - pLucy - Aug 16, 2016
How do i fix this has anyone had any problems like this with this mic its basically brand new [img]http://image.prntscr.com/image/13448753e8d84e62a6dad4fddd4bde38.png[/img]
it won't let me move the bar up i tried unplugging it and plugging it back in.

You can only change the mic volume with the controll thing on the headset cord, it wont show the volume in windows no worries.

my mic isn't working at all tho in discord or ts it was working fine like 20 mins ago

I purchase a pair of cloud2. I honestly because you have the wrong device selected for your discord. I dont have that issue never had that issue.

Make sure you have the device as standard in windows. I had the exact same problem when I got mine, not too sure what I did to fix it.

What interface is that? When I connect headphones to my PC they are displayed as "Speakers" - never as headset/headphones.

Solution is to get a good headset.
All jokes aside, I had the same issue and the only way I could fix it was getting a return. I guess I just got a bad pair.

Make sure the mic isn't mute on the physical box with controls.
