So I was thinking about selling the source code for an account generator website thing but I've been told selling account generators isn't allowed.
What would be the stance on selling the source code of one? No account included.

I remember seeing someone selling the source code of a gen some weeks back on the NFA section, so I guess its allowed.

I'd assume not. Sources of banned items cannot be sold (non-Ub3rs cannot sell stresser sources), and because account generators are banned, it should be safe to say that you won't be allowed to sell the source of one.
Then again, they were banned for being glorified account dumps, so if you don't include the lists then it might be fine. I'd wait for a staffer's answer.

What about the source for an online account store?
Same thing but it would let your users purchase a number of accounts from an online control panel?

Of course it's allowed, think about it a source code is HTML/PHP/CSS/JS whatever else you put in it, nothing to do with a generator.
