Does buying high PR backlinks actually help your ranking? - orton6 - Aug 19, 2016 I have a website that performs a simple function that is in high demand, however there are lots of competitior sites. My domain name has over 40,000 exact match searches per month on Google, however I am not sure about how I can start getting my website ranked by Google and showing up on the first page for my keywords. Will buying 10 high PR backlinks from fiver help my rank? I heard that these backlinks may not actually get indexed by Google. What else can I do? * - phpdevsami - Aug 19, 2016 "Will buying 10 high PR backlinks from fiver help my rank?" :( I'd say either spend spend some time learning seo yourself or invest some money man, fiverr is just as bad as it gets. I've tired it many time expecting next time it'd help but it'll full of it. Stay away I'd say. * - Grim - Aug 19, 2016 Most SEO services from fiverr and other similar sites are shit. Try building your own Blog networks or get someone to do it for you. Most genuine SEO services that people/companies will offer you are going to be at least $100+ to be somewhat effective. * - Smoko - Aug 20, 2016 Page Rank hasn't been updated from Google in years, it's a dead metric that people still abuse. Take a look at your website and think about what you want to achieve. Are you a business that's looking for rankings that are going to last? Then go white hat, it'll take longer and cost you more, but in the long run it will definitely be worth it. On the other hand, if you're just trying to make some quick cash, maybe from CPA/PPI then just blackhat the domains, you'll find pretty cheap churn and burn services that will rank you pretty fast for a limited amount of time. Once Google catches you though you're pretty much fucked. Milk it for what you can and move on. * - Vodka and Balalaika - Aug 20, 2016 Effective backlinks cost money, it might cost around 80$ per month, some more some less, you must consider the niche as well... * - Anyanka - Aug 27, 2016 High PR sites are normally crap unless you look into the actual details of them. PR is pretty much a past thing now too, what you want is strong on-page, effective use of social media and RELEVANT sites linking back to you. Also out of that number of searches you need to be in position 1-3 or it simply isn't worth it :) Maybe an idea to test Adwords to see your ROI? * - KingHackor - Aug 27, 2016 I can help you rank, what keywords are you trying to target? * - Keenanwig - Sep 16, 2016 It works but it's all about the quality and most of the services are shit. So put in the time to find good ones and you are good to go. * - Wander - Sep 16, 2016 (Aug 19, 2016 06:44 AM)orton6 Wrote: I have a website that performs a simple function that is in high demand, however there are lots of competitior sites.
