I was recently reading this thread which was a service ran by the user Gary. He was kind enough to lend his time out to other users to talk to them, to help them. I was quite alarmed and shocked that he closed his thread however if he doesn't believe he has the time and or energy to offer his service at this current time that that's fully acceptable and understandable.
I wish to offer a similar contribution to Hackforums. I know (from my past 6 years of being a member of Hackforums) that every now and again a small portion of our fellow friends and family on Hackforums struggle from time to time. I was that user, someone that's been under emotional distress and I can relate.
Quite like Gary's service i'll be offering my time and support to help anyone that needs it. So, if you need anyone to talk to about depression, relationship problems, mental health or even just need someone to talk to about general stuff then just contact me. I'll be keeping our conversations strictly confidential, so whatever we speak about is between us and no one has to know about it.

"Even when you’re sure you have aptitude and affinity for professional counseling, the road can be long. All states require professional counselors to go through a licensing process. In order to be licensed, you need a master's degree and passing scores on one or more examinations. Full licensure requires you to work for a period of time under supervision."
Nice thing you're doing but I'm pretty sure in some states it's illegal for someone to give advice to someone that's depressed or suicidal without a license lol

Great point however i'm not offering professional counseling nor claim that I am. I'm offering my friendship and confidentiality.
