After trying out and paying for lunar project kit with no success, as it appears not to work at the moment i did a search and found a free one. I don't have the link and it is in Russian, but it works and can handle very large amounts of combo lists.
If you do a search for:
'Skype Bruteforce/Checker BFH.IO Coded by Rom4ik' (this is the name of the program) you should be able to find it. I don't have the link as i've cleaned my search history since.
There is not an English version i could find and there are some adware/malware items within the download so do it at your own risk. It comes as a rar file.
I have downloaded it and got rid of the nasties quiet easily and managed to use it productively for several days.
You will need to be able to produce a combo list in the following format:
username:password
You will also need a proxy list to get results.
If you cant speak Russian like me, then you will need to play around with it or use a translator like i did. But it is very easy to use.
Use at your own risk and definitely worth a look if you're interested in brute forcing Skype.

There was no other language versions I could find for this program. I believe it just a random Russian program i stumbled upon.

I don't speak the language. But using google translate, i was able to work out which buttons did what (as there is only about 15) and also by a bit of trial and error. As the Lunar Tool Kit uses similar functions it was easy to get a grip with.

Just so you all know, brute-forcing is out of date, and hardly will ever work. 99% of the time it will not work. If you're actually wanting to get into an Skype account, your best guess is social engineering. How ever, I can not speak about how to do that here on HF.

SEing is the best way if they add you on skype first. Sometimes people don't add.
