The rep of מלאך שנפל is in the reputation view on the left instead of the right side of the name and the brackets are weird.

This is like this because its one of those languages like arabic that is read from right to left and starting on the right side instead of left.
The language is Hebrew.

This is normal.. its just because of the language. Happens with Hebrew and Arabic characters.

Hebrew reads from the right to left. That is the cause for this.

It's hebrew. The special character was like a sword.
But like the user above said, it's hebrew, and hebrew is written from the right to the left.

This has happened before and I think but am not sure Omni said anyone who has a username which breaks that page or anything like that gets a warning but I don't remember.

There was a time a while ago where many users used special characters in their username that caused bugs like this.

RTL characters break HF's layout and the guy will likely get repkilled for it.
