I'm out of pokeballs, what can i do now to get some? and which bot would u recommend that is easy to configure to get pokeballs.

You can get Pokeballs from Pokestops. If you're playing legit these can be found all over main cities, and a few in small towns.
If you are botting the bot will automatically pick up Pokeballs for you.
I recommend Herbert the Perverts setup. I wouldn't use it on your main account though as you could get banned.

How did you receive this ban? Going to too many pokestops in 24 hours usually triggers something like this.
I would wait 24 hours or so before trying again.
Not entirely sure.
