As the title says, that's my question.
Why is this in botting/cheats? Because you can only see IV with botting cheats, so that answers that.

Yes. IV stays the same no matter what, but CP changes.

I have an app called go calc on Android that reads your screen and puts the info needed to calculate ivs into the correct spots. Pretty nice actually even has appraisal inputs to make the ivs more accurate. You should check it out. Or find the equivalent for ios with Google
