Trojan.MSIL/Injector.QAJ (from NOD32)
How do i bypass that?
Is that the runpe?

MSIL -> .NET stub
Injector -> Means Invoke EntryPoint (using System.Reflection stuff) or RunPE is being detected.
How to hide? Just don't copy paste public sources, ESET is one of the best AV's available.
