Full disclosure: I PMed him saying that I would start a deal dispute tomorrow if I did not get the money, but when I saw that he was viewing my profile and then did not respond to my previous PMs I got fed up.

Being a good Samaritan, I answered:

I am getting excited and I decide to do the deal, I can already see the money at the end of the tunnel:

I had to do two transactions because I didn't send enough the first time:

I then proceeded to PM him SEVERAL times, but the biggest bombshell came when I saw him checking me out!:

So that is it. I have been scammed. I think i am going to cry myself to sleep. I don't understand how someone can scam someone and then browse HF like nothing happened.

This is what he left me after I negged him. The fact that this guy is still here boggles my mind.

Thanks for all the support guys. It was just really unfortunate because when I did the deal he had no open cases, but someone else just opened up a case with him.

Now I know why people use a middleman and I will definitely keep that in mind.

I think he scammed both of us at the same time because I remember him browsing your profile as I was trying to figure out what was going on. I don't understand how someone who has admitted to scamming is still allowed to browse this form.

I saw this post thinking it was new and got excited when I saw the userbars for ub3r thinking they were new. Anyways, from what I’ve gathered in my short time here HF doesn’t really get involved when members scam. Unless it was a HUGE occasion. It sucks he is still here though but this bump made me aware to never do a transaction with him!
