It's a mix of three scripts and the way it scans I can not say; but the results speak for themselves.

I know this is being sold from a ddos perspective but these also seem useful for amplified cracking attacks since xmlrpc allows you to check multiple passwords in a single http request.

Usually xmlrpc scanners are used in reflected ddos attacks so aside from that and amplified cracking attacks not much else I can think of im just throwing out an idea for people that get these lists im just basing my post on what the general population uses xmlrpc for but you are right im unsure what all stuff people use these for I just noticed xmlrpc and decided to post because I did a thread about amplified bruting.

I'm amused that you'd attempt to sell the scanner for $250, I'm just assuming that it's coded in C#? Than you say "and it's completely anonymous"... mind elaborating?

Yeah it uses an advanced proxy system so your server doesn't get suspended
