Best OS to Run From a USB Stick? - Princeton - Sep 5, 2016
I need another OS that is portable and I can run from a USB, I want a small and fast OS that runs smoothly on different computers.
I looked into chrome OS but it seems that the only way to run it is with a CloudReady build.
I'm thinking Ubuntu might be the best option, what do you guys suggest?

I have heard good things about Arch Linux and I've had a good experience with Debian.

You can go for lubuntu.
A lightweight version of ubuntu.
