I just want to know from doing the whole root.py in cmd with make the script load and will be able to hit websites offline? Please explain(do you need your own server)?

I am not sure what are you talking abut, but in general scripts are used to generate traffic. But in order to send traffic and send traffic fast you need a fast connection to WAN, from server preferably, as your ISP may be buggering you for using their service for such actions

I think you're referring to a DOS or DDOS script?
Running the script on one computer is not likely to bring down the website as most of the good hosts now have over 100gig of DDOS protection, but yes, some share hosting providers might fall if they are on limited bandwidth package.

not sure cuz some website got protection bro you cannot down every website with root.py or any other script example my site you can't down it with 880Gbps cuz its protected you can down a Non Protection website with your Root.py
