I've started programming in C# and I don't want the shitty gui it has
if anyone could link me to a forum to a C# gui I would really appreciate it =)

It is not that difficult to find sites/blogs with "Themebase"-powered themes on your own..

It's not hacked, the URL just changed (check the registration date to confirm this).
