Welcome to the infinite Saline / morphine / epinephrine glitch!
This is an old but gold and still working glitch for DayZ Standalone 0.60.
Latest working proof: 0.60.133913
Okay! Let's get started.
The glitch is very easy to use and works with saline, morphine and epinephrine.
How does it work?
Put the saline bag in your hands and start injecting yourself or any other player. in the beginning of the animation, just simply remove the saline from your hands and put it back in your inventory or put it on the ground. Just remove the saline bag from your hands, with pressing the red X. That's it! Your saline will not be consumed. You can not get banned for using this glitch.

Yes. The game got a new render and the performance got a boost. But it's still DayZ. I play it very often. Watch out for new Tutorials tomorrow.

Actually not. Battleeye is very fast with finding it out. I don't recommend currently cheats/hacks.
