It would be considered involuntary man slaughter, which is in average a 10-16 month sentence when committed during a reckless act. Which is a small price to pay when you take someone's life away.

I would probably chop the body and set it on fire together with my clothes. Then, throw the ashes into the sea and move to another location (new country).
