Step 1: Tie someone down with them facing up.
Step 2: Put a Rat in a bucket and put the bucket down on the persons stomach (Trapping the rat against the person)
Step 3: Take a torch and start heating the bucket up.
Step 4: Watch the persons face as the Rat starts burrowing into the person to escape the heat.
Success! You have now installed a Rat in a target!
But seriously, can you elaborate a little more? Do you know the person? Do they trust you?

Well I know identity, account name and phone numbers, but no trust or physical access to the devices.

Well, would they have a reason to open anything you sent them? Could always use their identity and look up a few friends, use those names and send an email claiming to be from one of them.
