Weakness in SHA-512 - InfinityHacker2003 - Sep 14, 2016 Basically, (it may be the converter I used) but doing the same string results in the same SHA-512 hash. * - Z3r0C0d3 - Sep 14, 2016 first of all , Hashes cant be cracked , hashes are one-way-math , its not like Symetric or Asymetric algorithms that can be decrypted , the way it gets cracked is creating exact the same hash , its used huge dictonary list * - SteelMemer - Sep 14, 2016 As Zerocode said, you have to know the differences between a "cipher" and a "hash". Hashes are "meant to be the same every time". For an example if you "hash" a string today, the hash will be the same tomorrow. Hashes are mostly used for verification etc. Regards |
