Do you need a new friend/family's bank account each time you do it? or just one? What do you need to do this? like requirement wise. do I need my own bank account too?

Yes it must be a different person/bank account each time it's done and you will also need a checkings account because you will need to transfer the funds and profit directly to your bank.

The only requirements are to have a smartphone, a checkings account with at least $50, and friends/family to share this with as well.

It's very simple and straightforward.
