HF allows the sale of AGC, so I don't see why AWS promo codes wouldn't be allowed.

But this is different from amazon giftcards.
These are for the amazon web services.
Like the ec servers / sns / ses and etc.

An AWS code is basically just a giftcard. In fact Amazon says that they are promo codes, which there has never been a rule about, so strictly speaking none of the HF rules would actually apply.
