I am fifteen years old and want to start making money online, I have $11 I can invest into a good EBook, any recommendations? (no EWhoring pls)

He's 15, he already goes to school and is trying to learn right now. Also too young to legally have a job in most places in the USA if he even lives there. What's wrong with trying to make some money online in his spare time?
