Do you think this applys to HF and the market? Omni lays out a set of rules on his site for things not allowed to be posted or sold... But user A with good rep and possibly uber i guess comes to omni and pays for a sticky... Omni assumes the product sold is not illegal or follows the rules. Isnt it weird? When $$ involved all suspicion goes away? For example.. A user could post a question about policy even omni himself will directly reply sometimes. But someone oculd sell product for $6,000 in the market and omni doesnt question if its legit or even what it is eveer? I have never seen him question what it is ha

Well he doesn't endorse the product so if you feel like purchasing that product then you can but there's a chance it's shit . He's not going to sit there and check out every eBook or program out there

So basically he only checks public posssibly illegal post on his site to cover his ass. And gives 0 fucks out what may happen peer to peer users?

Plausible deniablity.
I also doubt that the authorities care if illegal shit happens on this site, since Omni will always cooperate with the authorities if they ask. He even advertised a FBI run site to lure carders.

I didn't mean my comment as any kind of 'offensive' remark against Omni.
Of course he will work with authorities, if he didn't then HF wouldn't exist.
It's not bad that he assisted the FBI in catching BH's, they deserve to be caught.
