Suggestion: Fantasy Sports - Game of Skill - Sub-forum under Sports World - BTB™ - Sep 24, 2016
Hi,
Would like to suggest a section named "Fantasy Sports" under the Game tab.
First of all, it is all legal under the law as, Game of Skill.
What are Fantasy Games - (From Wikipedia)
A fantasy sport is a type of online game where participants assemble imaginary or virtual teams of real players of a professional sport. These teams compete based on the staperformance of those players' players in actual games. This performance is converted into points that are compiled and totaled according to a roster selected by each fantasy team's manager. These point systems can be simple enough to be manually calculated by a "league commissioner" who coordinates and manages the overall league, or points can be compiled and calculated using computers tracking actual results of the professional sport. In fantasy sports, team owners draft, trade and cut (drop) players, analogously to real sports.
Online fantasy sports are a multibillion-dollar industry.
Reason for adding Fantasy Sports as a Section -
- This is a very famous Sport played and we can have a healthy discussion regarding this.
- We can arrange internal HackForums contests of these Fantasy Sports.
For an example, just have a look at this website - http://dream11.com This website is totally legal and arranges Fantasy Competition's mainly for Football & Cricket.

I see your point, but I'm not really sure why these threads wouldn't just go under sports world as you are just discussing players and teams.

It's all together a different section bro.
Where we can discuss the virtual team we can form and other aspects of Fantasy Sports that will mix in Sports World. We can have internal contests by forming different groups or even playing individually.
