Is that possible? I don't mean Java Drive By or so. It can be obvious that one opens an exe when he clicks the link (http://xxx/virus.exe)
Any ideas?

Impossible, if this did exist it would be chaos because you could redirect it from a lookalike link eg g00g1e.con -> virus.exe link
Direct downloads are the best your going to get, you can't force the person to execute the exe.

you can't run an exe until it's downloaded lol
and even if it was downloaded, like the dude above said, you can't make them run it

Actually that is possible. Java Drive By is outdated but there are new ways to do it.
