Scam reports. - DoubleClickBTC - Oct 4, 2016

Do scam reports get removed from your trust scan when resolved? Im not complaining im just wondering how it works. I was on holiday and had a misunderstanding with a customer but its all sorted now.

It is exactly that.. he's wrong.
And it seems like that the TS DD is still there after you mark it as resolved in the DD DB.
You might have to junk your thread and/or delete the DD from the DB perhaps (if that's even possible.)

I think once the DD is junked it gets removed from your TS.

As Zero_ stated, it's exacly like you said. claimant/defendant.

I remember reading a thread here complaining about that solved disputes didn't get out of the trust scan. I don't know if it was fixed, but if no it should.

Maybe it's also a good idea to make a new row for "solved disputes". You may want to know if a user had any troubles dealing and how he handled it before dealing, don't you?

I've just checked OP's trust scan and I can confirm that solved disputes don't get out the trust scan. I will open a suggestion thread about this.

They only get out of the trust scan if Marked invalid by Omniscient himself.
