[Tutorial] How to ban people with just a link on source games - thesaladscum - Oct 6, 2016
I saw someone selling this in the marketplace but it's been public for a very long time lol.
Anyway I made a website to see if it still works and sure enough it does.
What this does is it generates a link after putting in the server IP and port and if you send the generated link to someone they'll get perm-banned from the server. I tested it on CSS just before so I assume it will work on most source games.
I made a website you could use but it's not very good so I suggest you make your own.
