Steam games that utilize Steam profile name? - Punisher - Oct 7, 2016
Can someone provide me a list of multiplayer games that use your Steam profile name as your in-game name?
I found an exploit to have single character / zero character / 96 character names on Steam and wanted to try it out on a few other games. It causes a few problems in certain games like Rocket League (generates a random string as a name) or TF2 (unable to be kicked) and is a fun way to troll too.
Here's the games I've used it on so far, is there more?
Rocket League
Chivalry Medieval Warware
CS:GO / CS:S / CS1.6
Garrysmod
TF1/TF2
L4D/L4D2
Quake Live
DOD:S
Dino D-Day

Killing Floor 1 & 2 also use your Steam name. Serious Sam 3 and Saints Row The Third also do, but they're not really public multiplayer.
