How to extract a files from a website. - Glyco - Oct 10, 2016 If you're looking to view the whats actually inside the web pages or just scrape the pages this method is for you Step one find a site Right click on the site on the body ''Save as'' save it as .htm Save it to your desktop or where ever Don't open it just yet. Change the extension to ''bat'' then run it. It should extract all the files from the site and save them onto a folder on your desketop or whether you originally saved your htm file. This method works on some sites, but so far its been working on all the sites I have wanted to scrape. Thank you for reading my tut. More to come soon! * - Mali - Oct 10, 2016 You could also download an HTML Ripper that rips the entire site for you. https://www.httrack.com/ seems to work good for me. |
