I want to code something fun, maybe like a tool or something?
Something fun!
So far I've created a Diep.IO macro tool hack thing so you can automatically upgrade with keybinds and stuff, makes the game a lot easier, and I had a lot of fun coding it.
Is there anything else that I might be able to code that is fun?
Maybe like a game cheat or some sort of windows form application tool?

You find coding cheats funny? eww personally i hate it,i only enjoyed once in a flash game that had a LOT of exploits and had many players,was pretty funny to make it and then use it.
Maybe you can try to make a chat server with rooms and such?

I personally find stuff like threading, webrequests, algorithms, protocols fun to use.
Also working with databases and stuff.
Or OCR, but its a bit harder.
