Looking for something that I can use over my network, to one of the gaming consoles on my network. Yes, I realize that there are easier ways, this is just my preferred. Are there any clean UDP flooding tools for Win7? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried using UDPflood. It's free and works on Windows 7

Check out netcut, would be easier for your situation. Allows you to cut devices off your network at will.
