Hack Forums News // Podcast Recruitment - Hydra - Oct 22, 2016

UB3R & L33T ONLY


Requirements
  • Ub3r or L33t;

  • Quality microphone that is working properly;

  • Can speak clearly and effectively;

  • Socialize with others in this community and open-minded to topics;

  • Desktop or laptop with stable high-speed internet;

  • Use Skype, Discord, or both;

  • Have enough time to put in at least 3-4 hours from Thursday to Saturday each week.



General Application
  • We'll first need to get to know you better. Below is a link to a form you will have to complete. Answer honestly - lying won't help your application. You may team up with others and create your own podcast team however all of you will have to be individually accepted. Just note that applying with a premade team may increase your chances assuming a team of friends will perform better than a team of randoms.

Sample Podcast
  • If you applied with a group, you will be asked to create a sample podcast with the group. If you applied solo, you and other solo applicants will be assigned to a sample group and create your own sample podcast. Details of this sample podcast will be PM'd to you after passing general application.

There was a podcast team a while back but was closed down. Working on returning it.

I do it if I know the people I'll be doing it with
not going to bother if its a bunch of people that have no chemistry

i got an audiotechnica at2020 xlr connected to a focusrite 2i2

never mind saw the 3-4 hours from thursday to saturday lmao
i aint working no part time job

3-4 hours from Thursday to Saturday for the following reasons:
-There will be times a member is not available for a certain day so it has to be rescheduled
-3-4 hours gap where you'll need to be online so you can all wait for each other and prepare for the podcast. Podcast itself shouldn't take more than 20 minutes (the podcast itself will be 5-8 minutes long itself)
-People who have time on their hands will be best fit which is why it's overexaggerated.

I'm really fucking busy with work and school, either working or studying with every living moment I have, and when im not I'm working on my site, but just wanna say I love you guys and always read hf news and you guys are awesome and it's great that you're doing this and good luck to all applicants because you are rly cool if u wanna do this
