Asked for Dedi 1G spoof enabled server, which he answered with 90$ + 40$ setup.
After some struggle with BTC sending so,
I've PM'ed Sapio for Paypal -> BTC trade service

Then I changed mind, I would like a 10G one, Jayy, answered what would be 150$ + 40$ setup for scripts, in total 190$. Then I asked Sapio to send him extra 60% for upgrade to 10G port one.
On 21th Oct, he asked for our ID's the reason he told was the DC wants passports, as me and my 2 parnerts have a idea to start out own stresser, so asked Real life partners: Artur (portuguese) and Shaofeng(chinese), if they can send their ID (we are 3 as partners), first ID was rejected, then I use Shaofeng passport, he said need more angle of photo.
As finally i dont bother my partners anymore to take photo or scann their passport/id anymore, I took photos of mine (my GF had my passport kept in safe boxes, I had delay to get them), and sent to Jayy day later, which was on 21th.
Still nothing after sending my passport, real my passport, after 4 days I've no answer.
Right now, I've talked to my Lawyer, a provacy broken complain is filled out againt his skype username already, all the occurency and complain is filled in court, an investigation request will be done by my lawyer to Microsoft. As my passport can be abused everywhere, since has my digital copies, and right now, its 100% not trusted. this is not about the 190$, its about my passport digital copy abuse.
its 190$, i've been in HF for 2 years, buying services silently, never happened before, this is my first time getting scammed and I hope I got lessons learned.

It has been 4 days, all I can see that he is online on skype, and not asnwering. Certainly, he got the money and ignoring me, which I never got his servers.

I am closing this for now, as he replied that he was away due to real life isssues and server is ready, waiting for setup, which will be done within 2 days.
