He is now trying to limit my pp account.I have an online shop and my pp account is vital for me.He sent me today more than 10 small payments

He left a note in every transaction.Some notes left:
"Payment for the drugs, preions and steroids"
"Thanks for the ebook, will pay for stresser next"
"Payment for ebook send me it through email thanks"
"Payment for heroin, will pay for the e-cigarettes and forex"
"Thanks for the cocaine will place order for heroin next."

He sell carded amazon giftcards too.One of the giftcard I bought from him dissapeared from my balance.

They will likely ban his account for this type of shit.
Irony is, he has admitted to crimes here, Paypal will not tolerate such activity within their service.
