[Community Alert] Black Shadow | UID=63387 | Issue with $100 BTC Exchange. - test - Oct 24, 2016

The original deal with Black Shadow was for me to sell $100 BTC to him at a 15% rate. The following are all screenshots from our PM's.____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I was selling $100 BTC to Black Shadow at a 15% rate which was agreed upon.

He claims there was an error that PayPal would not let the funds send to me, perhaps because we have not dealt before? He gave me the choice to wait for him to call them and resolve it or just refund me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

He then goes on to say his lift to work came early, so he could not call PayPal to resolve the issue still. He says it will be done at 8pm.
Spoiler (Click to View)

I was pretty tired of it at this point as I do not like leaving funds out in the open for too long with extended deals. I give him 8 hours (when I woke up that day) and if he still couldn't deliver the $115 PP I would just like a refund. He claims he WILL refund me but is now 'away from home' for the weekend. He states he will also give me $5 extra as compensation.

The next message I simple as for a refund as this is taking too long. He goes on and jokes about scamming me. He says he is joking and goes onto explain his other scam report and defend himself. He guarantees me that he is away until tomorrow (Monday the 24th) and will return it to me as soon as he is home.
Spoiler (Click to View)

I replied to that with my BTC address and a 24 hour notice that I will open a scam report if it is not returned to me. He asks me to slow down and says that now he won't be home until Wednesday, which was originally supposed to be Monday.

Below is a screenshot from my Electrum Wallet - showing the date and amount sent.

Additional Information:
He has apparently been doing exchanges Yesterday, even when he is out of his house and doesn't have access to his BTC Wallet? I find that extremely odd.

I am more than happy to mark this as resolved, as I have told Black Shadow, when my currency is returned. Until then this will be kept open as a warning to anyone else planning to deal with him.

So maybe the first scam report was a legit report? You seem to have enough evidence for this to work in your favor, good luck OP.

Sorry it happened to you.

There is just no justice in this world is there and he had the audacity to have a go at me over something a while back.

Hope he pays you it back I hate scammers.

* - TheChiеf - Oct 24, 2016

Seems like a legitimate report to me. Sorry about your loss. I am pretty sure he has over $100 in his bustabit accounts as well.

Brb making popcorn for the upcoming shitstorm.

* - SIM-888979 - Oct 24, 2016

Pretty sure he is gonna say "now that you made this report, I will no longer refund you" or some bullshit like that.

* - Sharjah - Oct 24, 2016

Typical. He's too addicted to bustabit. He definitely put in all that money into bustabit and lost it all. Someone needs to help him, seriously.

* - bοxxy - Oct 24, 2016

Would like to see him respond to this.

* - Stoke - Oct 24, 2016

I wish I could say I'm surprised, but I'm not.

Unlucky OP. Quite sad really.

* - Knucklez. - Oct 24, 2016

good luck on resolving this OP

* - Lion - Oct 24, 2016

Would like to hear his reasons on this. $100 is piss in terms of ruining his reputation on this site.

Someone said on a previous thread that Admin intervention is necessary. He was right.

Doesn't sound like a bad idea.
