I've been lurking around the Marketplace lately, and I think it's insane that HF is allowing Black Shadow, this site's most repped member, to continue lying, manipulating and scamming members here.
Every couple of months he does something to take advantage of members here, and he uses his reputation to influence unsuspecting users into falling for his bullshit. Once people start catching on, he creates a sob story, saying he was influenced by drugs, that he has a gambling addiction, that <enter family member here> is sick and needed the money urgently. He'll try to appeal to people's sensitivity to bail himself out of the mess he creates. Every couple of months things go full circle and he starts over taking advantage of users.
I took a long break here for a while, but since I've been browsing again, I've seen the following happen.
1. He sells a non-working gambling method to dozens of users. After being called out for misleading and essentially scamming these users, he makes false promise after false promise to "fix" what can not be fixed, in order to milk as much money as possible. Once the stream of money slows too much, he creates a sob story (https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5344501) trying to salvage himself, and justify all the money he has stolen.
2. This ones my favorite.
He sells a blatantly illegal (Blackhat) method of committing fraud against eBay users. When a member here buys this and realizes the method is illegal and breaks multiple site rules, he requests a refund immediately and reveals to the forum that this method breaks multiple site rules. As usual, Black Shadow junks the offending thread after making his quick dollar, and goes into salvage my reputation mode. Black Shadow promises a refund multiple times, but keep delaying the promised refund dates, making up story after story as to why he can't send the refund yet. Currently he's claiming he is away from home tending to his wife who has been suddenly hispitalized, and does not have access to his BTC, yet his IP has not changed at all. All the while, Black Shadow continues doing currency exchanges on site, and continues to gamble off site. He is blatantly lying here. He is unable to pay back the BTC he owes to multiple people, but is still able to exchange on site and literally throw away hundreds of dollars worth of BTC off site.

ANY OTHER MEMBER OF THIS SITE WOULD HAVE BEEN BANNED AND POSSIBLY REP FUCKED FOR SELLING THE ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT EBAY METHOD THAT HE WAS SELLING, YET HE'S GETTING AWAY WITH IT. He admits to it being illegal, read through tid=5428427 and you can clearly piece together that it's fraudulent and breaks site rules, yet he was able to make a thread selling it, make multiple sales, then junk the thread before it got too much attention and he gets banned.
I'm making this thread to bring all of this to attention to site mods/admins who may have not been aware that this site's most repped user is constantly taking advantage of unsuspecting members here and breaking numerous site rules, selling illegal and fraudulent products in the marketplace. Staff can view his junked threads to get any idea of what he's been trying to hide.
Please read any thread Black Shadow makes. The community, at least the active members here, have all turned against him. They know his tricks, they know that he continues to lie and scam. Unfortunately, these are the only members who are safe. The inactive and new members are prime targets for Black Shadow to victimize. Read his threads, you'll get an idea of what the majority of us already know, that Black Shadow is dangerous and needs to be put in check.
I hope actions like these are not allowed to continue, as Black Shadow can and most certainly will, continue to take advantage of people who only see his high rep, not the loads of shit that he's hiding behind it.

Stop jumping on him and give him time to fix it.
Some of you don't even know him and aren't associated with him,
But constantly insist on making posts like: "He is addicted to bustabit, typical",
And it brings a constant influx of bullshit to all the threads and the forum as a whole.
Let him get his shit together.

It's been weeks dude. He's has time to throw away $500+ on BustaBit but no time to repay those that he owes. His gambling addiction and lies are a risk to members here.

I haven't read much of your thread but I do generally agree with it. Just wanted to disprove this point though:

I know a few users who've been selling bullshit methods and have been the subject of many community alerts. Many. Nothing is done about them because staff don't get involved in dealings between members. I also don't believe that Black Shadow's stated implicitly or explicitly that he sold a fraudulent method.
But yeah. He's selling bullshit and playing bullshit games behind the veil of trust that is his 5k rep. I doubt that anything will be done though...but if he gets closed, then by jolly, it'll be a Halloween miracle.

You're all seeing it from the wrong perspective, we should help him by crowfunding the needed funds to have a pleasable but LAST encounter with Bustabit. See it as his last meal as he's leaving the cage he is in!!!
