Pretty much the title. Does anyone know where i can get cheap lvl 30 accounts that are either hand trained or highly unlikely to be banned for botting? Or even a cheap botting service that is reliable?
Or if someone wants to let me play on their account/smurf. (i got banned for being toxic on my main account, was d3 and i can show proof if needed)

Just make the account yourself spend $20 on xp boosts and ip boosts yeah its annoying but worth it in the end that you dont get banned on the new account after a few months or something

With botted accounts, the risk of a ban is ALWAYS there. Like stated earlier, you're better off spending $20 on XP boosts, it should take you a week or 2 to get to 30.

I was in that business for ~2 years, and I can tell you right off the bat anyone claiming to have a "hand leveled" account shop is either a cracker or a liar, either way you're getting any account you buy in that market banned after some time, your best bet is buying someone's personal account and to not be cheap about it.

I've had two accounts that I bought from Jerral here on HF that never got banned for botting (I got banned for toxic tbh) but I suggest you build it a normal win count before you play ranked.

Any service selling level 30 unranked accounts is selling botted or cracked accounts. From experience, every account I've bought and then gone right into ranked with gets banned within a couple weeks. I'm not sure about the validity behind the whole "build up a normals history first" idea, but it's pretty much the best option right now.

Botting your account its not the great idea , there is always a risk for ban .
Dont take that risk and spend some time to level it by yourself.

I mean there really isn't that much risk if i just bot a new account. Let's say i bot like 4-5 accounts if 4 of them get banned and one doesn't then whatever, they're free anyways.

You could spend $10 on Fulcrumbot and get a level 30 account within a week. Less if you buy an exp boost. I can also suggest you buy EUW accounts from Muddy Waters for $1. I have already bought one and plan on buying some more. :)
