I buy all your BTC with PayPal @ 15% rate.
Current stock (11/11/2016): 700$
I have a daily stock of at least 800$+ that I'm looking to get exchanged into BTC at a 15% rate. Payments will be coming from both verified and unverified PayPal accounts.
Minimum exchange is for 150$ and we will use the preev rate.
