Im using kali linux 2 is there any way i can get user names and passwords from a website of my own choice ?

It all depends on the website and what you plan on doing to get it.
No program you can download to just hack things, doesn't work like that.
There are ways of getting peoples usernames and passwords, if you have their email or information you can look them up in databases.

Kali Linux is no God OS. Why do people think they can hack the FBI after downloading it,
Anyway, no you can't just dump SQL DB from any website of your choice if that is what you are trying to say
