For this method you need the persons phone number.
Then add the number to your contacts in your phone and name them something that you will easily remember.
Load up Snapchat and click the ghost icon at the top of the homepage.
Then click "Add Friends".
Then click "Add From Contacts" and then "Continue".
Now, if the person has registered to Snapchat with the specified phone number, you should see this next to the specific name in your contacts.
Some people use their full name on Snapchat so then you can get even more info from there..

I haven't tried this on anyone in particular, but doesn't it only work if that person is ALREADY in your contacts list?

Yeah this was how gibsonsec enumerated millions of snapchat users with the find_friends api which is still working they just added rate limits but it would still be possible to create another large list of snapchat2phonenumber.

nope and even if this was how it worked you could just crack a a bunch of snapchats with a large amount of contacts added and do the enumeration that way.

Yes, you can do this with most social media.
Just add your target to a contact, and sync your contacts.
