I found some layer 4/7 scripts just wondering where I should install these at? Sorry Im new and only used to using booters. And with these scripts is the time unlimited as well as ips to hit?

Jesus, no it's not. You usually install them on your TV remote control.
That's at least where I install mine. Lots of button customizations.
