you can lol. you can add a shell with sqlmap but you need the current user to be root, and the dir of the application, i forgot so yeah.

SQLMap it self is being a tool for the sql injection, so possibly it would also be able to upload a shell since it can guess the information, i may not know.
But it is my own responsibility, sqlmap it self can be illegal used so pls no
