I Found the trick to selling T-Shirts on facebook - pabst - Nov 6, 2016
So i just started a few weeks ago selling T-shirts on Facebook via teechip and it started off slow as fk, and took a few bucks.
So far this is what i have learned.
Selling a shirt you think looks cool means nothing if you can't target the audience.
Going with funny puns works great.
You must design ton of shirts. (Only spend $ on ads on the ones you would buy)
Spend $7 per shirt via Facebook, IF the shirt gets about 100 likes 25 comments and 25 shares that means you spend another $7 repeat over and over. (For every $7 I spend i'm getting $14 back)
IF you spend $7 and get 0 likes 0 comments 0 Shares, well you lost $7 and sorry but that's how business works.
I always sell the T-shirts at $13.99 because that's the cheapest price teechip will let you sell them for. I only make $2-$5 per shirt but it's easier to sell 100 shirts at $14 then 10 Shirts at $29......

Sounds good in theory but the real world looks slightly different: if you just "mass advertise" these shirts without a good understanding of targeting, all the non-succeeding designs will eat up your profits quite fast. Also, after 7$ you usually can't know yet whether a shirt will be a complete desaster or not, if the country is tier 1 you get like 1,000 impressions for that. I like your overall approach to the thing though since you thought of what you are doing. Good luck!
PS: I'd stay away from Teechip. I've heard tons of negative stuff about them: late payouts, long respond times and most of their products arrive like 10 years later and often in the wrong sizes. You could say that you don't care as long as you get paid but at some point you would have to think if you really want to follow this and not move to Teespring or Teezily.
