There is no such thing as being bad at drawing. In my lifetime, every human is almost capable of doing what any other human can do the only obstruction to the learning is how to connect your brain nerve cells to mimic theirs.

In terms of drawing almost perfect copies of things, it only takes practise to get used to turning a larger manifestation into a small projection.

We're talking 3D to 2D projection. Which if you are a game programmer, it is the top most thing you need to know (Directx, Opengl, etc).

Anybody and I mean, anybody with hands can perfect a draw to be a perfect copy of something, you may erase and redraw lines and dots but you will sooner or later get what you want.
